Senior E-Commerce Business Operation Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Build and maintain relationships with multiple business partners and stakeholders to tap potential business opportunities

2. Represent the company to liase with government authorities for compliance if needed

3. Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required

4. Collaborate with E Commerce Operation, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Legal and other XFN teams for alignment 

5. Manage and support other ad-hoc or urgent E-Commerce platform-wise tasks with a very strong sense

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5-10 years of work experience in the E-Commerce, BNPL or financial service industries

2.  Bachelor's or a master’s degree in E-Commerce, business administration, marketing or a related field

3. Fluent in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin; English is a plus

4. Proficient communication and persuasion skills, being resourceful
