Job Qualifications :
min S1 degree in management, marketing or related fields
Minimum 2 years of project manager experience (preferably government projects)
Fluent in Bahasa / English oral and written
Ability to work independently and as a cooperative team member
Ability to set task independently and completing it
Fast leaner
Ability to do multitasking, prioritize and manage time effectively
Goal-oriented and Self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to work effectively with other team members and customers
Ability to find right approach to every customer
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to perform task out of list
Skills in using computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point) and workspace apps, and web/internet
Preferably experience in Aviation industry
Preferably Previous experience handling logistics, customs, permits, import/exports
Job Descriptions :
Manage new and ongoing projects staring from initiation phase into the realization stage from tender submission to handover
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary
Ensure all project milestones are met in a timely manner
Interact and communicate with vendors, agents and customers
Obtain necessary permits and approvals
Procurement/Export/Import administration, logistics
Create letters in both English / Bahasa Indonesia
Prepare and present regular progress reports
Ready to travel to project location as per company necessity
SIM A / SIM C mandatory
Other tasks as per company necessity
