General Manager (Stationed in SEA Region)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resource necessary to attain manufacturing objectives. 

• Drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency. 

• Handle crisis management and tactical plans when necessary

• Optimize production capacity to maintain effective inventory arrangement

• Leverage synergy with senior management team on company’s strategies development 

• Coordinate and liaise with local authorities in complying with the national laws and regulations as well as the group’s policies & guidance

• Station in SEA region is required

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Textile Technology / Clothing or equivalent

• Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment manufacturing environment is a MUST

• At least 8 years relevant experience in garment manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem solving skills

• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager
