Job Description
- Can understand customer workflows across hospital departments, radiology, and diagnostic centers
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solution architecture
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations
- Technical Sales Support works closely with sales managers during the sales cycle
- Support product trials, POCs, and pilot implementations
- Gather insights from hospitals and radiologists
- Provide feedback to product teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Min 2-7 years of experience in Healthcare IT or Medical Devices
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability standard
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to clinical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to coordinate across sales, product, and implementation teams
