Job Description:
Manage BPOM registration for vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic/skincare products.
Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers to BPOM.
Handle Halal Certification registration and ensure product compliance with halal requirements.
Support and manage import/export regulatory processes.
Review product formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling to ensure compliance.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure ongoing product compliance.
Support audits, responses, and regulatory inquiries from authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or equivalent.
1 - 2 Years Experience in BPOM/HALAL in cosmetics/bodycare experience is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong knowledge of BPOM registration, Halal Certification process, and import/export regulations.
Good understanding of cosmetics and skincare ingredients.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, able to multitask, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to independently manage Halal Certification processes.
