GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager Operations to lead and transform our business operations. This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience managing multi-site operations, driving profitability, leading large teams, and executing business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple business units or locations.

• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.

• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs.

• Lead large cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.

• Oversee budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and operational performance reviews.

• Lead new business development, expansion projects, and pre-opening activities where required.

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure implementation of SOPs, governance, compliance, safety, and quality standards.

• Build strong relationships with shareholders, owners, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. Master's Degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in tourism area development and hospitality industry.

• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-unit operations.

• Strong commercial and business acumen with a solid track record of improving revenue and profitability.

• Experience leading business transformation, operational restructuring, and organizational development.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in project management, expansion, or new business development is highly preferred.

• Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel to site/s.
