Sales Coordinator

The Role

Bali Pilates Plus runs an international Pilates teacher training and education program for both international and local students to train. This role owns the enrollment sales pipeline for those courses end to end: turning enquiries into paid, confirmed sign-ups.

This role is measured on enrollment numbers, not just responsiveness. You'll also be the day-to-day point of contact for students once they're enrolled, and provide calendar support for the founder. This side of the role calls for strong organisational and admin skills — you'll set up a Google Drive folder for every student enrolled and coordinate their assessment submissions as they move through the course.

What You'll Own

?      Enrollment & Sales. Respond to every enquiry — Website Brochure downloads, contact form submissions, and email leads — using our existing lead tracker and follow-up cadence.

?      Own the full follow-up email funnel sequence and keep the sales tracker updated daily

?      Assist Founder to run information sessions, answer program questions, and move interested leads toward a booked, paid spot.

?    Liaise regularly with the Marketing Coordinator — flagging which intakes need a promotional push, sharing what's converting well and what isn't, and coordinating the timing of campaigns, offers, or last-minute promotions around low-enrollment intake

?      Work toward a confirmed enrollment target for each intake, agreed with the founder ahead of time.

?      Student Support & Liaison. Be the main point of contact for enrolled students and graduates' day-to-day questions during business hours.

?      Course Admin and Founder Calender Support. Manage the course admin and founder's weekly meeting calendar and scheduling.

What You'll Need

?      Fluent, confident written and spoken English is essential — around 70% of our students are international. Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia for the remaining local sign-ups.

?      Comfortable initiating contact and following up leads persistently via email — this is a sales-accountable role, not a purely administrative one.

?      Professional, organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working inside Gmail, Google Sheets/Drive and a booking platform.

?      Able to work in-office in Bali, Monday to Friday. 9.30am - 2.30pm

Compensation Structure

Base salary of Rp 6,000,000/month for the hours above, plus Rp 500,000 for every confirmed, deposit-paid enrollment — uncapped. This role is structured so that strong performance is rewarded directly: the more you convert, the more you earn. The incentive rate is reviewed at 3 months and again at 6 months, with the opportunity to increase based on performance. The rate confirmed at the 6-month review becomes fixed for the remainder of your time in the role — this is designed to reward people who stay and grow with us, not just short-term output.
