Asst Head Engineer / Supervisor Engineer

Job Description :

• Analyze and estimate Mechenary Equipment to be reported to superiors
• Gathering details on equipment installed, including documents detailing scope of work as well as technical drawings and other important data of Valve and another unit Components.
• Understanding the basics of complex engineering and mechanical overhauls and maintenance on Valve, turbomachinery, compressors, expanders, pumps and related equipment to achieve optimal results
• Estimate and make Job order to Workshop process
• Monitor the work process in field process area and ensure the work is going well.
• Assist the sales team to provide technical advice on work to costumer.
• Managing production, manpower, and process materials.

Requirements :

• Graduate from Polytechnic (preferred in Polman Bandung, ATMI, Poltek ITS, Poltek UNDIP).
• Minimal 2 years experience as Engineer in Valve Manufacture/Service , Rotating Equipment, Turbomachernery, Pump, and Compresors company.
• In-depth knowledge of repairing valves, pumps, compressors, and other machinery..
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in machining and welding. Candidates with a Welding Engineer or Welding Inspector certification are highly preferred.
• Ability to plan production, material requirements, and manpower allocation, with strong leadership skills.
• Familiar with Mechanical Specification, technical drawing, and cost estimation.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Workshop Machinery, such as Lathe, Grinding, Milling, Welding & Thermal Spray (Optional). 
• Able to Estimated work process, Strong Leadership, good team work.
• Extensive knowledge of Autocad 2D/3D, technical drawing and mechanical specification.
• Fluent in English and Computer Literature.
• Willing to be located at Tigaraksa (Kawasan Millenium Estate) Kab. Tangerang
