A telco (telecommunications company) is a provider that makes global communication possible by sending voice, data, text, and video over long distances.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, accounts, payments, and services.
• Provide accurate information about telecommunication products, plans, and features.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with account updates, service requests, and basic troubleshooting.
• Explain billing statements, charges, adjustments, and payment options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services when applicable.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy/security guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet required productivity, quality, attendance, and performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout every customer interaction.
