Role Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Telco – Voice Billing Program in Clark, Pampanga. This opportunity is open to freshers and candidates with or without call center experience who have excellent communication skills.

Applicants must undergo the recruitment and processing onsite and must be profiled and hired specifically for our Premium Telco Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services and billing concerns.
• Provide accurate and professional assistance through voice interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Explain billing details, account information, and available services clearly.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• With or without call center experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Must be willing to undergo onsite recruitment and processing
• Candidates must be profiled and hired specifically for the Premium Telco Program
