Management Associate (Commercial)

Through hands-on rotations across critical business units, you will gain an end-to-end understanding of the commodity trade lifecycle from initial market strategy to final execution.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Structured Business Rotation: Actively participate in a structured 12-month Management Associate Program, rotating across Commercial Management, Supply Management, Local Sales, and Trade Operations to build comprehensive business acumen.

• Trade Lifecycle Execution: Learn and support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including commercial execution, shipping logistics, trade documentation, invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and customer relationship management.

• Market & Commercial Analysis: Assist in market research, commercial data collection, supply planning, and operational coordination to support business decision-making and trading profitability.

• System & Administrative Mastery: Gain practical, hands-on experience using enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), commercial portals, inventory management systems, and cross-functional business processes.

• Compliance & Risk Alignment: Adhere strictly to the Company’s policies, risk management framework, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines across all assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional working experience. Exposure to Commodity Trading or International Shipping/Logistics is highly preferred.

• High attention to detail, meticulousness, and strong numerical skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) or familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Strong team player and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
