General Manager

Wanderlust Fitness Village is a dynamic fitness destination in the heart of Canggu. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our gym operations and drive excellence across the business.

The role :

You will take full operational responsibility for the gym, overseeing 35+ staff across multiple departments. This is a leadership role that combines people management, performance tracking, and clear commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 35+ staff across multiple departments

• Ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations and high service standards

• Prepare accurate end-of-month reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Use Excel and Google Sheets proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring

• Drive continuous improvement in membership sales, retention, and operational efficiency

• Maintain a positive, high-energy culture aligned with the Wanderlust brand

Requirements

• Currently living in Bali

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Proven experience managing 35+ staff and multiple departments

• Strong competence in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

• Experience producing end-of-month reports and working with KPIs

• Available for immediate start

• Confident, organized, and results-driven leadership style

• Interests in Fitness and Health is a bonus! ( We lead by example)

What We Offer

• Salary 9-13 Million IDR, ( 3 month probation and performance review)
