Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy generative AI tools to rapidly produce and optimise high-quality blogs, social media posts, and travel guides.

• Build, test, and manage automated marketing workflows across email, social media, and global booking channels. 

• Analyse the targets and set paid ads through different channels.

• Analyse traveller behaviour data using predictive AI models to forecast booking trends and optimise ad spend.

• Design and refine high-performing prompts to execute hyper-targeted SEO and digital advertising strategies.

• Track, interpret, and report on key marketing metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Indonesian citizen with 2 years of experience in digital marketing or growth hacking, preferably within the tourism or hospitality sector.

• Proven experience working with advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong ability to interpret data analytics and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Excellent proficiency in Google and Meta ads.

• A self-starter who stays ahead of AI tech trends and is eager to experiment with new workflows. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
