Minimum 2–3 years of experience in culinary/kitchen operations, preferably in Western Cuisine.
Experience in a Chef de Partie or equivalent position is preferred.
Domiciled in Bali.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Able to maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.
Able to lead and coordinate kitchen team members within the assigned section.
Customer-oriented and committed to delivering excellent food quality and service.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to be assigned to other locations according to company needs.
