Key Responsibilities
Oversee stock and inventory management, including stock movements, cycle counts, annual stock takes, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged goods, discrepancies, and stock adjustments to ensure effective inventory control.
Ensure physical inventory is accurately reflected in the system and provide regular stock and inventory reports to management.
Manage the end-to-end ordering process, including supplier comparison, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and promptly resolve shortages, delays, or order discrepancies.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure product availability, accurate purchase costs, and smooth order fulfillment.
Drive corrective actions to minimize stock issues, prevent recurrence, and support efficient inventory rotation.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Collaborate effectively within a team however also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Domicile in Bali will be an advantage
