Job Description
Responsible for achieving and increasing the sales team’s sell-in revenue
Leading and developing the team through coaching, training, and field assistance
Ensuring sales targets are met while monitoring and evaluating team performance
Developing and executing sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned area
Managing relationships with customers and dealer owners, as well as expanding the area through new dealer acquisition
Preparing regular sales reports and reviewing sales targets with the team (offline or online), covering achievements, challenges, and solution sharing
Monitoring stock and reviewing the performance of promoters assigned to partner dealers
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in the electronics industry)
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C)
Willing to travel for business across all regions of Indonesia
Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage
