Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Assist and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the candidate selection criteria and expectations.
Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to on boarding and for the first 6 months of employees’ tenure.
Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, online advertising, events and agencies.
Maintain reports including and not limited to interview reports, feedbacks, tests, onboarding and related documents to support the hiring process.
Liaise with third parties recruiter.
Competencies required for role:
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Psychology.
Proven work experience minimum 5 years in related field, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development.
Preferably experienced in FMCG Industry.
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
