Statistical Data Analysis Staff

PT Interbat is now looking for a Statistical Data Analysis Staff who wants to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• Understanding of statistical analysis methods and data interpretation.

• Knowledge of SPC, process capability, process performance, and Six Sigma will be an advantage.

• Proficient in statistical/data processing software such as Minitab, JMP, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work with large datasets.

• Good communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data using appropriate statistical methods.

• Conduct statistical analyses such as ANOVA, multivariate analysis, trend analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Evaluate process capability and process performance to support production process monitoring.

• Develop and monitor control charts as part of process and quality control activities.

• Analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency.

• Identify trends, variations, and potential deviations based on statistical analysis results.

• Prepare analytical reports and present findings in a clear and systematic manner.

• Collaborate with related departments in data provision and process performance evaluation.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the analysis process.

• Support the implementation of statistical and Six Sigma approaches in data processing and evaluation.
