We're looking for a warm, confident, and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer (Restaurant) to become the first impression of our new premium rum bar in Bali. If you have a genuine passion for hospitality, enjoy connecting with people from around the world, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
Professional demeanor with a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while remaining calm under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, floor plans, and VIP guest lists.
Confident in handling guest feedback, complaints, waiting lists, and overbookings with professionalism, diplomacy, and empathy.
Experience using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, Chope, TableCheck, or similar systems is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
Your Responsibilities :
Welcome guests and guide them to their tables while creating a warm and memorable first impression.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
Coordinate closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
Build guest loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
