We're looking for a warm, confident, and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer (Restaurant) to become the first impression of our new premium rum bar in Bali. What We're Looking For

• A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

• Professional demeanor with a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while remaining calm under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, floor plans, and VIP guest lists.

• Confident in handling guest feedback, complaints, waiting lists, and overbookings with professionalism, diplomacy, and empathy.

• Experience using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, Chope, TableCheck, or similar systems is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.

Your Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests and guide them to their tables while creating a warm and memorable first impression.

• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.

• Coordinate closely with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.

• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.
