Your Role
As the O&M Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term performance, reliability, and availability of Inecosolar’s Solar PV assets. You will oversee monitoring activities, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.
You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, and Project teams to continuously improve system quality, operational standards, and asset performance while ensuring excellent technical support for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and plan Solar PV operations and maintenance activities, ensuring high system availability, reliability, safety, and energy performance across all operating assets.
Monitor and analyze plant performance by reviewing key performance indicators, evaluating energy generation against expected performance, identifying performance gaps, and implementing improvement actions.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance planning, corrective maintenance activities, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to minimize downtime.
Manage monitoring systems and asset performance records, ensuring accurate maintenance history, equipment records, performance databases, and continuous improvement of reporting and alarm systems.
Lead and coordinate technical teams, contractors, and service providers, ensuring maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with HSE requirements, technical standards, and company procedures.
Prepare technical and performance reports and provide timely support to clients regarding system performance, maintenance activities, and operational issues.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Project teams to improve future system designs, installation quality, maintainability, and operational processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the development of O&M procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term asset management.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related technical field.
Solar PV Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar PV Operation & Maintenance, with a strong understanding of grid-connected Solar PV systems and electrical infrastructure.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, inverters, monitoring platforms, and grid-connected power plants.
Performance Analysis: Experience analysing Solar PV performance indicators, including Performance Ratio (PR), Availability, Yield, energy losses, and generation trends.
Maintenance Expertise: Good understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and asset management practices.
Standards & Regulations: Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations, including IEC, PLN, SNI, and PUIL requirements.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, coordinate contractors, manage priorities, and solve technical challenges effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience with CMMS platforms, Power BI, or other asset management systems is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Mobility: Willing to travel to project sites when required.
