About Nobridge
Nobridge is a boutique M&A advisory firm specializing in cross-border SME transactions across Southeast Asia and globally. We help companies connect regional sellers with global buyers, providing sell-side and buy-side advisory, financial modeling, and market research to underserved mid-market businesses.
The Role
As an M&A Analyst, you'll sit at the core of deal execution, supporting live client mandates from origination through to close. You'll work directly with senior team members on cross-border transactions, taking ownership of the analytical and preparatory work that drives each deal forward.
What You'll Do
Target sourcing & list building: Identify and build databases of potential acquisition targets and buyers, qualifying them against client criteria and strategic fit.
Financial modeling: Build and maintain base-level financial models, including DCF and comparable company analysis, to support valuation and deal assessment.
Presentation preparation: Produce client-ready materials such as teasers, information memoranda, and pitch decks.
Industry research: Conduct competitive landscape and market research to inform deal strategy and target evaluation.
What We're Looking For
Solid foundation in finance and valuation, with hands-on familiarity with DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions analysis.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation design).
Fluent, highly proficient English, both written and spoken, is essential. IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Working proficiency in both Thai and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written. You'll be sourcing and engaging directly with business owners, advisors, and intermediaries across both markets, much of which happens outside English.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Why Join Us
You'll gain direct, hands-on exposure to real cross-border M&A deals from day one, working closely with a lean, senior team in a fast-paced advisory environment. This is a high-ownership role with significant room to grow as the firm scales.
