Mandarin Translator for e-Commerce Company

PT Lintas Ceria Global is seeking a qualified and fluent Mandarin-speaking professional to join our team as a Mandarin Translator. This role will support the company’s business communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, both in written and spoken form.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) with clear pronunciation and strong comprehension skills.

Able to handle daily conversations and business communication in Mandarin fluently.

Capable of translating accurately between Mandarin and English/Indonesian, and vice versa.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsive and able to work with flexible hours when required.

Willing to travel occasionally for meetings, livestream sessions, or other events as needed.

Able to join online meetings and provide real-time interpretation when necessary.

Detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or working with Chinese-speaking clients is an advantage.

HSK certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Translate written documents and materials between Mandarin and English/Indonesian, and vice versa.

Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, livestreams, or business discussions.

Assist the team in communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and natural language usage.

Support additional ad hoc translation tasks as required by the company.

Assist in team development activities, including recruitment, interviews, and new employee onboarding when needed.
