About The Company:
The working venue is in Semarang.
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll, personnel records, and employee evaluation processes to ensure accurate and timely administration
Oversee and lead recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, promotions, and performance management program
Maintain positive relations with employees and ensure compliance with Collective Labor Agreements
Draft, review, and implement HR-related contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards
Manage foreign work permits and compliance for foreigner staff, coordinating with relevant authorities
Support GA functions, ensuring smooth operations and organizational efficiency
Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any major
Business English proficiency
Min. 5 years of experience as HRGA Manager in a Japanese Manufacturing company, with total of at least 10 years experience in all HRGA Function
Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
