Job Description

• Live Stream Setup: Conduct complete pre-broadcast technical preparation, including configuring camera devices, studio lighting arrays, microphones, and auditing the digital product showcase (keranjang kuning/shopping cart).
• On-Camera Hosting: Serve as the professional, charismatic, and highly persuasive face of the brand during live broadcasts on TikTok and Shopee to aggressively drive sales conversions.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Deeply study and internalize comprehensive product specifications, ingredient benefits, and application methods to answer consumer questions with absolute accuracy.
• Sales Tracking & Analytics: Systematically record, recap, and analyze core broadcast performance metrics—including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), order volume, peak concurrent viewers (PCU), and conversion rates.
• Audience Engagement: Drive high viewer retention rates by building authentic, real-time interactions, greeting viewers, and sustaining a high-energy, welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Promotion Execution: Articulate ongoing flash sales, limited-time vouchers, and exclusive campaign discounts clearly to generate immediate buying urgency (FOMO) among the audience.
• Studio Management: Manage the physical broadcast workspace, ensuring the studio background layout remains meticulous, aesthetic, and aligned with current marketing campaign themes.
• Post-Live Evaluation: Deliver structured debriefs and performance logs to the E-commerce Manager, reporting technical glitches, audience behavioral trends, or stock discrepancies discovered mid-broadcast.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience operating as a Live Stream Host (explicitly within the TikTok Shop or Shopee Live ecosystems) or related high-volume public speaking fields.
• On-Camera Presence: Exceptionally high self-confidence, dynamic facial and vocal expressiveness, and the ability to articulate thoughts smoothly on camera without script reliance.
• Platform Operations: Solid understanding of the operational back-end features of TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Live backend interfaces related to live-stream moderation.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Fully capable of working a dynamic, flexible shift roster—including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and high-intensity seasonal mega-campaign blocks.
• Persuasive Sales Pitching: Strong commercial selling techniques, knowing exactly how to hook scrolling viewers, answer objections, and close sales rapidly.
• Data Integrity: Deeply honest and detail-oriented regarding post-broadcast sales logging, tracking inventory depletion numbers precisely.
• Physical Stamina: Possess excellent physical stamina and vocal health to maintain peak enthusiasm and high energy during extended live-stream sessions (typically 4–6 hours per shift).
• Crisis Management: Proactive, creative, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to handle trolls or negative comments constructively without breaking character.
• Video Requirement: Submission of an active video showreel or a sample clip demonstrating live-selling performance, product pitching capabilities, and camera presence is mandatory.
