Job Descriptions: 

• Manage the end-to-end order process, from receiving customer Purchase Orders (PO) through order fulfillment, delivery, and payment coordination with the principal, warehouse, and customers.
• Maintain accurate order records in the SunFish ERP system, monitor order progress, and prepare weekly order status reports for the Division Manager.
• Coordinate customer-related activities, including Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), Functional Acceptance Tests (FAT), warranty claims, and other after-sales support.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment, logistics processes, and sales administration, preferably in the instrumentation or industrial products industry.
• Familiar with ERP systems (experience with SunFish ERP is an advantage) and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.Proactive, energetic, agile, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
