Associate Officer, GA (Field)

About the role:

PT DCI Indonesia Tbk is seeking an Associate Officer, GA (Field) to manage daily on-site General Affairs operations based Cibitung. This role ensures top-quality facility maintenance, vendor supervision, HSE compliance, and inventory management across all office and client areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspect and supervise daily work execution by GA handymen, OB, Gardeners, and Cleaners to ensure high-quality standards and contractual compliance.

• Ensure all office supplies, cleaning consumables, and facility inventories are available and properly distributed.

• Conduct regular inspections across all facility areas (office spaces, customer rented areas, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and restrooms) to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, HSE compliance, and adequate supplies.

• Timely escalate non-compliant operational situations or facilities issues directly to the HRGA Manager.

• Able manage to manage multiple site remotely

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Field GA Operations, Facility Supervision, or Hospitality Management.

• Core Competencies: Strong discipline, service orientation, and field leadership.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, pleasant personality, and ability to manage support staff.

• Personal Attributes: Responsive, proactive, and self-initiated in handling physical facility issues.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.

• Location: Willing to be stationed full-time on-site at Cibitung, West Java.
