Job Description:
Responsible for managing TV products in the Indonesia market, including achieving business targets such as revenue, profit, market share, and inventory turnover.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and product opportunities to enhance competitiveness.
Develop product planning and product roadmap, including product specifications, positioning, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
Coordinate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure effective execution of product strategies.
Support the sales team through product training, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance and provide regular evaluation and improvement plans based on sales data and market feedback.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing in the electronics or home appliance industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across functions.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Able to work tight deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
