Marketing & Admission Staff

Responsible for student enrollment and the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and parents. Able to work toward and achieve enrollment targets.

Marketing and Admission Staff will be responsible for promoting the school's programs through effective marketing strategies, building relationships with potential families, and managing the admissions process. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, engaging with parents through various channels, maintaining a strong online presence, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will also assist in organizing events and maintaining communication with current and future students.

Candidates must have completed at least SMA/SMK education and possess a strong interest in education and customer service. Experience or knowledge in areas such as marketing communications, digital marketing, sales strategy, and both B2C and B2B sales is highly advantageous. The ability to create compelling content, manage sales operations, and develop marketing strategies will be essential.
