Head of Finance and Accounting

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Grahaniaga Tatautama as the Head of Finance and Accounting Division. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and supporting the company’s strategic and operational objectives. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Developing, coordinating, and overseeing the preparation of the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and Long-Term Corporate Plan (RJPP) in alignment with the parent company’s policies and strategic direction
2. Developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and accounting policies, procedures, and work programs related to financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, treasury, investment portfolio management, capital management, warehouse inventory recording, and subsidiary performance monitoring
3. Preparing and analysing periodic financial and operational performance reports, including budget realization and KPI achievement reports, for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, parent company, and other stakeholders
4. Managing the finance and accounting teams by providing leadership, direction, coaching, and performance supervision to ensure efficient and effective operations
5. Overseeing the preparation and examination of the company’s financial statements by external auditors, including Public Accounting Firms and tax authorities, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards
6. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic support for business decision-making
7. Optimising financial processes, internal controls, and operational procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness
8. Supporting enterprise-wide risk management initiatives and ensuring sound corporate governance practices
9. Reporting work activities and divisional performance periodically to the Director of Finance and Risk Management and relevant stakeholders
10. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5–7 years in finance and accounting roles at managerial level
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and financial management
4. Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and corporate governance practices
5. Experience in managing audits and coordinating with external auditors and regulatory authorities
6. Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams
7. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to management and non-financial stakeholders
9. Proficient in financial systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
10. Knowledge or certification related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) will be an advantage
11. Experience in the real estate or property management industry will be preferred
