Tiger Muay Thai Bali is an international Muay Thai and fitness center in Ungasan, Bali, bringing together athletes, travelers, digital nomads, and active lifestyle enthusiasts from all over the world.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our guests and become an important part of our international team.

? Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Provide information about training programs, memberships, packages, and gym services.

• Handle online and offline bookings and registrations.

• Process payments and manage the cash desk accurately.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media.

• Communicate and coordinate with coaches and the operational team.

• Assist guests with their questions and daily needs.

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Support the team with daily front desk and operational tasks.

? Requirements

• Strong English skills — speaking, understanding, and writing are mandatory.

• Friendly, confident, and positive personality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus.

• Basic computer and communication skills.

• Interest in sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle is highly preferred.

• Honest, proactive, reliable, and well-presented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
