We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Lecturer in Dentistry to join our Faculty of Dentistry. This position offers an opportunity to actively contribute to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, encompassing excellence in teaching, innovative research, and meaningful community service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and clinical teaching, mentoring students in both academic and professional development, and fostering a patient-centered approach to dental care. In addition, the lecturer is expected to engage in research activities, produce scholarly publications, and collaborate in interdisciplinary research initiatives. Participation in community service programs aimed at improving oral health awareness and public welfare is also an integral part of this role. We invite passionate dental professionals who are committed to academic excellence, continuous professional development, and the advancement of dental education and science.
Qualifications:
Hold at least a Master’s degree (S2) or Specialist I in a relevant field.
Minimum GPA of 3.25 (Master degree) or 3.50 (Doctoral degree).
Preferably have a TOEFL score of at least 500 or IELTS score of at least 5.5, issued by an authorized and reputable institution.
Preferably hold an academic rank of at least Assistant Lecturer (Asisten Ahli).
Preferably have experience as a lecturer.
Not currently bound by any employment contract with another institution.
Demonstrate strong commitment to teaching, research, and community service.
