Responsibilities:

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails (Telemarketing, WhatsApp, Email).

· Provide product/service information and pitch using prepared scripts; adjust scripts based on customer needs.

· Follow up inbound leads and pass qualified prospects to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.

· Achieve call/reach targets and meet assigned sales quotas.

· Create sales order (SO)

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
· Bachelor’s degree from any major.
· Strong sales strategy development and execution skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently
