Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in apartment sales with a strong understanding of the residential property market.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential apartment products.
Prepare and manage all aspects of new product launches, including marketing materials, floor plans, unit types, apartment facilities, exhibitions, and sales presentations.
Develop, implement, and evaluate sales policies and promotional programs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through performance management, counseling, and effective communication to achieve business objectives.
