Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Experience in steel, metal, manufacturing, engineering, construction, mining, heavy industry, or other industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Able to recruit both blue-collar and white-collar employees, including technical and managerial positions.
Strong understanding of competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, recruitment databases, or recruitment tracking systems is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities with a proactive approach to finding candidates.
Able to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines.
Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
Willing to conduct candidate sourcing, networking, university visits, job fairs, and recruitment events when required.
English proficiency is preferred; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage, particularly for candidates working in a Chinese-invested company.
