Our client, a Japan SSW training and workforce development company, is currently hiring for Japanese Speaker Business Development Manager to join their team. Here are the details:
Responsibilities:
Develop and acquire new business opportunities with Japan-based companies employing Specified Skilled Workers (SSW).
Identify and approach potential Japanese corporate clients while building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Conduct business presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Develop sales strategies to expand the company's client network in the Japanese market.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business development updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory, preferably JLPT N2 or N1.
Experience dealing with Japanese companies or Japanese corporate clients is highly preferred.
Experience or exposure to the SSW/Tokutei Ginou ecosystem, P3MI, Sending Organization, Kumiai, TSK, or related Japan workforce businesses will be a strong advantage.
Experience developing new clients and generating business from the Japanese market will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing and able to travel to Japan for business purposes when required.
