Sparks - Brain Training Teacher

Key Responsibilities

The Brain Training Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and structured lessons for students aged 3–12 years old, developing their cognitive skills including focus, memory, and thinking abilities. The teacher ensures that each session is interactive, age-appropriate, and aligned with the program’s learning objectives.

Core Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Prepare teaching materials before class.

2. Deliver lessons based on the Sparks Brain curriculum.

3. Ensure student safety during physical activities in class.

4. Plan lessons, assess student progress, and prepare progress reports.

5. Communicate student progress and improvement plans with parents.

6. Work closely with the center team to ensure smooth class operations.

7. Support demo classes, open houses, and marketing activities when needed.

8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

9. Complete essential administrative tasks (e.g., SIS updates, reports).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Education/Psychology/Early Childhood or other relevant fields)

2. Experience teaching children (ages 3–12)

3. Able to deliver engaging and structured lessons

4. Strong in classroom management and student focus

5. Able to assess progress objectively and give clear insights

6. Good communication with parents (Mom/Dad friendly)

7. Physically fit and comfortable leading active, movement-based activities
