Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially-minded Business Development Specialist with expertise in recruitment for the property and real estate sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing recruitment solutions to developers, property management companies, and real estate agencies.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across all business functions.

·         Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.

·         Build and strengthen employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

·         Design and implement learning, leadership, and career development initiatives.

·         Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and succession plans.

·         Develop and continuously improve recruitment and people development processes.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Insurance, Banking, Learning & Development (L&D), or Human Resources.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·         Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

·         Highly passionate about HR development and building a high-performance work culture; solid understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

·         Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.

·         Experience using CRM systems and recruitment platforms is an advantage..
