Job Description :
Develop the core concepts, methodology, and measurement parameters for the company’s Customer Service Index
Oversee the research platforms and manage the integration of the corporate client database to ensure data accuracy.
Create and manage high-intent SEM campaigns based on industrial keywords and targeted LinkedIn B2B campaigns.
Design and manage the end-to-end marketing infrastructure (both digital and physical) required for global brand activation.
Continuously monitor Google Rankings for strategic keywords and oversee overall website traffic performance via Google Analytics.
Produce monthly progress reports on Google activity and ad spend efficiency.
Conduct deep-dive monitoring of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and global trends within the cigarette paper industry.
Provide data-backed insights to the management team to identify new market opportunities.
Review emerging marketing technologies (MarTech) to keep the company competitive and strictly monitor the annual budget for all research and advertising activities.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
Must be fluent in English (Active) and Indonesian.
Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Management, and Customer Survey tools.
Ready to join by January 2026.
Willing to relocate to Karawang
