Senior Associate – SAP Functional Consultant (TMS / MM / FI-CO / FSCM)

We are currently hiring experienced professionals with expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules:

• SAP Transportation Management (TM/TMS)

• SAP Materials Management (MM)

• SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

• SAP Controlling (CO)

• SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

As a Senior Associate, you will work alongside industry leaders, technology specialists, and business stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, roll-out, upgrade, and support projects.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend leading practices.

• Configure SAP solutions based on business requirements.

• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on development objects.

• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder discussions.

• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.

• Contribute to business development activities, proposal preparation, and solution design when required.

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 4-8 years of SAP consulting or implementation experience.

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:

  • SAP TM/TMS

  • SAP MM

  • SAP FI

  • SAP CO

  • SAP FSCM

• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules.

• SAP certification is a plus.

• Consulting experience from a professional services firm or SAP implementation partner is advantageous.

Module-Specific Experience

SAP TM / TMS

• Transportation planning and execution.

• Freight management and carrier integration.

• TM integration with logistics and supply chain processes.

SAP MM

• Procurement and purchasing processes.

• Inventory management and warehouse integration.

• Vendor management and materials planning.

SAP FI / CO

• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.

• Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders.

• Financial closing and reporting processes.

SAP FSCM

• Credit Management.

• Collections Management.

• Dispute Management.

• Treasury, Cash Management, or Receivables Management experience is highly preferred.
