Responsibilities:
Drive lean improvements in HNB production processes (efficiency, cost, yield);
Identify production bottlenecks and waste, lead the implementation of improvement projects;
Promote optimization of production stability and consistency (reduce variability);
Optimize production processes (VSM, standard time, line balancing);
Promote automation and semi-automation improvement projects;
Establish improvement mechanisms and monitor outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, Industrial Engineering preferred;
Over 5 years of experience in lean production or continuous improvement;
Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies;
Experience in efficiency improvement or cost reduction projects;
Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills;
Proficient in English communication; experience in Tobacco, HNB, or Food industries preferred.
