Responsibility :
Responsible for leading the entire sales team to achieve sell-out targets.
Responsible for analyzing, checking, and reviewing sales performance from all branches across Indonesia.
Manage all branch representative members across Indonesia.
Check and review shopfront conditions.
Maintain store display conditions, including SKU availability, pricing, promotions, stock levels, etc.
Create and maintain good communication across departments and branches.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure sales growth.
Prepare detailed reports for top management.
Generate new ideas to improve overall store and retail conditions.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
Experience in the electronics industry.
Proficient in English.
Strong communication skills.
