Job Descriptions :
Manage end-to-end export logistics operations from Sales Order (SO) to shipment.
Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) based on Sales Orders.
Coordinate shipping instructions with warehouse and freight forwarding partners.
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of export documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), PEB, Certificate of Origin (COO/GSP), Certificate of Analysis, and Marine Cargo Insurance.
Coordinate export documentation for bank negotiation, customers, customs, and courier services.
Monitor export documentation lead time and ensure on-time shipment execution.
Maintain proper documentation and records of export transactions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Export Officer or in a similar export logistics role.
Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping processes, customs clearance, and international trade regulations.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
