Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Conduct HIRA/JSA and implement effective risk control measures.
Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace monitoring.
Monitor high-risk activities (Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Height, Lifting, LOTO, etc.).
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and follow up corrective actions.
Conduct HSE induction, safety training, and toolbox talks.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Support emergency response planning and safety drills.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
Valid AK3 Umum certification is mandatory.
Good knowledge of HIRA/JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, and risk assessment.
Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 implementation.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) is preferred
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
