Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting is mandatory, preferably from a reputable university.
Open to fresh graduates with strong academic achievements or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
High integrity and sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budget realization and variance analysis.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor financial performance and provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as audits and other finance-related projects.
