Sales Associate (Voila.id Boutique Pondok Indah)

Placement: Pondok Indah

Job Description: 

• Mastering knowledge and information related to the luxury brands and sharing to respected customers

• Delivering standard service excellence to customers based on brand guidelines

• Establishing and developing relationships with new and regular customers

• Maintaining customer database and preferences (CRM)

• Contributing to sales by achieving individual and boutique targets

• Supporting daily boutique operations and customer handling

• Performing and maintaining daily stock inventory

• Ensuring boutique SOP & Service Excellence are executed properly

• Supporting opening & closing checklist and boutique readiness (display, cleanliness, manpower)

• Handling customer concerns according to service guidelines and escalating issues when needed
  

Qualification: 

• At least have a Diploma’s / Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academy or university

• Have minimum 1–2 years of experience as Retail Sales / Client Advisor (luxury retail background is a plus)

• Have strong customer-oriented mindset with hospitality-driven attitude

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional manner

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated in achieving sales goals

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Willing to learn new tasks and support cross-division collaboration when needed

• Willing to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays
