Bright Stars Preschool is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Preschool Principal to lead our school community. If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy leading and inspiring a great team, maybe you’re the one we’re looking for!
👩🏫 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
✔ Experience in administrative or leadership roles such as Principal, Vice Principal, Coordinator, or Lead Teacher
✔ Several years of teaching experience in early childhood settings
✔ Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
🌈 Key Responsibilities
📚 Lead and support the implementation of early childhood curriculum and assessment
👶 Ensure children’s learning is aligned with developmental milestones and best practices
🗣 Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and the wider school community in both spoken and written English
❤️ Foster a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for children and families
📖 Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with trends in early childhood education
🧩 Manage the daily operations of the school through effective decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
🌍 Promote an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing diverse cultures and backgrounds
