Forwarding Staff - Logistics (C-133172)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in North Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Logistics Company. Currently, they are looking for Forwarding Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle export and import processes including documentation and procedures

• Prepare and provide quotations for customers and potential customers

• Manage customs clearance operations for both import and export shipments

• Handle customer relationships including maintaining existing accounts and addressing customer needs

• Responsible for daily operational activities in freight forwarding

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferably from logistics major

• Business level English

• Minimum 3 years of experience as forwarding function in the freight forwarding industry

• Having PPJK certification is highly preferred

• Good understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures

• Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, and professionalism, proven ability to lead and coordinate a team

• Able to join immediately
