Bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan laboratorium, khususnya proses pengambilan spesimen darah (phlebotomy), memastikan prosedur dilakukan secara aman, akurat, dan sesuai standar pelayanan rumah sakit serta memberikan pengalaman pelayanan terbaik bagi pasien.


Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Keperawatan

  • Memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) Aktif

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai perawat laboratorium/phlebotomist di rumah sakit

  • Memiliki Sertifikat Flebotomi yang masih berlaku (lebih diutamakan)

  • Memahami prosedur pengambilan darah dan keselamatan pasien.

  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada pelayanan.

  • Bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi offline untuk penempatan di RSPI Bintaro Jaya
