About the role
PT Brexa Raya Indonesia is seeking a Production & After Sales Administrator (Mandarin Speaker) to join our client's team in Batam, Riau Islands. This is a full-time opportunity with a leading multinational manufacturer specializing in industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control solutions. In this role, you will support production coordination, order administration, and after-sales operations while serving as a key communication bridge between internal teams and Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate communication between the Production and After Sales teams, ensuring accurate information flow in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
Process and monitor customer orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales support while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues.
Liaise with Production, Quality, and related departments to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, production status, after-sales activities, and related documentation.
Translate product documents, technical specifications, reports, and business correspondence between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
Support meetings with customers and internal stakeholders by providing interpretation and administrative assistance.
Prepare regular reports on production progress, order status, and customer feedback for management review.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma (D3) in any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Control, After Sales Administration, Order Management, Sales Support, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and able to communicate effectively in English.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in customer service, order processing, or customer liaison is an advantage.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations is preferred.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
